Josephine Nelms is Atento’s Director of Operations, leading the firm's operational and HR efforts. Before joining Atento in 2020, Josephine worked at Girl Scouts of Eastern Oklahoma, overseeing staff-led programs in underserved areas. In 2018, Josephine was the recipient of the Youth Work Professional Supervisor of the Year Award. In 2019, Josephine received the Youth at Heart Alumnus Achievement Award for her community service, volunteerism, outstanding character, and upstanding behavior. In 2020, she completed the Leadership Tulsa New Voices Class 11 Board Internship. Josephine currently sits on the American Red Cross and Broken Arrow Neighbors Board of Directors. Josephine is a native Tulsan and a graduate of the University of Tulsa with a BS in Biological Sciences and a Minor in Chemistry.
