Erika grew up in Maryland and started her career as a CPA for KPMG in Washington, D.C. She went on to work as the Senior VP of Finance and Strategy for a well-known fitness brand and the Director of Finance and Operations for several start-ups, including a Public Relations + Social Media Agency and a real estate development + investment company, where she had ownership of scaling company operations and accounting. She loves to create operational efficiency along with establishing and streamlining financial processes from the ground up. Erika's husband was born and raised in Tulsa. When they visited Tulsa together for the first time in 2018, she fell in love with it right away, and later discovered Tulsa Remote and learned about what GKFF was doing for the city. In 2022, Erika and her husband had the opportunity to be a part of Tulsa Remote after living all over the country, including Austin, Palm Beach, DC, and Northern VA, so they took it. Erika loves what Atento represents and is working to achieve in Tulsa. She also loves scaling new and growing businesses, so when she found out about Atento through a casual meeting over coffee, she did her research, loved what she saw, and couldn't pass up the opportunity to join. Erika's husband was born and raised in Tulsa.
